We meet 1:1, virtually, every other week.
You bring what’s real. I meet you there. That’s it.
You can start with a free intro session—no pressure, no pitch, just a conversation to see what support could look like.
Or if you already know you want to dive in, you’re welcome to book a single session or a package. No long-term contracts. No forced transformation. Just steady, honest support.
You don’t need to be at rock bottom to ask for support.
And you don’t need to explain why you’re tired.

30-Minute Sessions
Meet with Avery every other week for 30-minutes. This is great for the person who is able to commit to watching some short videos and working through some exercises between sessions.
$200.00/month CAD
60-Minute Sessions
Meet with Avery every other week for 60-minutes). This works best for the person who doesn’t like to feel rushed, who would like more customized guidance, or would like to work on more personal concerns beyond the scope of the set programs.
$400.00/month CAD
Maintenance Level
One 60-minute Zoom call with Avery once a month to check-in on how you’re doing with the new habits and changes you’ve made, remind you of resources from the various programs that you have available to you, and provide new, customized strategies as needed.

What happens during the free first session?
In your free session, we’ll uncover what’s causing your overwhelm, outline a personalized plan with clear next steps, and discuss options for ongoing support. You’ll walk away with clarity and actionable strategies, whether or not you decide to continue working with me. No pressure whatsoever to make a hasty decision either.
Why are the sessions every other week instead of weekly?
Change takes time—not just to understand but to apply. Meeting every other week gives you the space to:
- Implement strategies: You’ll have the time to test out the tools and techniques we discuss in real-life situations. This ensures the strategies fit your unique challenges and allows for adjustments as needed.
- Reflect and adjust: Change isn’t linear, and integration takes space. With time between sessions, you can process what’s working, identify what isn’t, and bring those insights to our next session.
- Avoid overwhelm: Weekly sessions can feel like just another thing on your to-do list. Biweekly sessions let you focus on creating sustainable progress without adding unnecessary stress.
This schedule is designed to keep you moving forward steadily while ensuring the process feels supportive, not rushed.

It’s a no-pressure opportunity to see if this personalized coaching approach resonates with you and to get a taste of what working together looks like. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll gladly connect you with other coaches in my network to help you find someone who suits your needs.
If I do decide to work with you, how long am I committed for?
Although we do work through some programs together that range from 8 weeks to 21 weeks – there is absolutely no requirement to remain a coaching client for any length of time. We go month-to-month and you can pause, cancel or reschedule at any time.
What's your reschedule/cancellation policy?
You pay for the personalized coaching packages upfront each month, and you can reschedule sessions anytime within that month.
All I ask is that you send me an email as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens and sometimes chaos hits last minute – so you can cancel at any time without penalty – just remember that your coaching sessions expire at the end of every month and my schedule is not open every day. That being said, we’ll work together to find the best date and time to reschedule your appointment that works for both of us.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
I do have a limited amount of evening and weekend appointments available. Although they do fill up fast, I have lots of lunch time appointments that fit in over your lunch break and depending on your time zone, we might be able to squeak something in before or after your workday.
