Do this first:

  • Take 6 minutes to watch this video

Do this next:

  • Choose the 1 – 3 strategies you want to start testing for yourself and write them out in your Personal Burnout Recovery and Prevention Action Plan in your workbook

Do this last:

  • Set up a visual cue in your office to remind you of the strategy or strategies that you’re looking to start trying out.

Remember: we’re not aiming for perfection. We’re aiming for progress. Focus more on the effort you’re making than the number of times you’re able to stick to your plan. Celebrate the changes, no matter how small they might seem.
