Your mission for this week:

Do this first:

  • Take 5 minutes to watch this video

Do this next:

  • Fill out the back page of the worksheet you were given at the workshop and choose up to two strategies to implement in your Burnout Recovery and Prevention Action Plan (need another copy of the worksheet, here you go)

Do this last:

  • Start implementing one of your strategies right away. Yup. I mean right now. Give it a try and start building it into your day

Remember: we’re not aiming for perfection. We’re aiming for progress. Focus more on the effort you’re making than the number of times you’re able to stick to your plan. Celebrate the changes, no matter how small they might seem.
