  • Take a few moments to either reflect on what you’re experiencing right now if you’re feeling burnt out, or what you remember burnout feeling like in the past

  • Brainstorm some ideas for how you can remind yourself to check in with your red-flag warning system to be able to notice burnout signs earlier so you can catch yourself sooner.
