Week Two - How to make it easier to stick to your plan

  • Take 5.5 minutes to watch this video

  • Follow the four steps at the end of the video and create a gentle plan to set yourself up for success

Do this last:

  • Choose one of your ideas and give it a try for at least a few days. If it works, great! If not, that’s okay. Come back to one of your other brainstormed ideas and test something else out.

Remember: we’re not aiming for perfection. We’re aiming for progress. Focus more on the effort you’re making than the number of times you’re able to stick to your plan. Celebrate the changes, no matter how small they might seem.
