Choose one of the moments, close your eyes or soften your gaze, take a few deep breaths and then allow your awareness to go back to the emotions you felt at that time. List them here:

Of those emotions in your list, which one or two stand out for you?

Did into that emotion with a series of questions like "I feel angry because" - which then may lead to "this made me feel frustrated because..." which then may lead into "this made me feel embarassed and exposed because...." which leads into "I don't feel confident in myself." - That is the true anchor that was created at this time that needs to be released with the guided meditation and other activities we talk about in our programs.
