First, I want to commend you for taking the first step to recover from burnout and prevent it from ever happening again. Whether you choose to work with me one-on-one, sign up for the membership, or not – you’re still looking for help and that’s really important to celebrate!

I know that signing up for something ongoing like the accountability support sessions can be daunting, so I offer a try-before-you-buy option where you’re not automatically signing up for a recurring payment.

If you do choose to work with me after this first session, then your $100 virtual appointment booking fee will be applied to the first month of us working together.

In this first session, you and I will:

  • Assess where you are in your burnout journey, the kind of support you’re looking for, and how I can best support you
  • I will guide you through the Burnout Risk Assessment and Life Satisfaction Survey to identify key areas that need your attention
  • Together we’ll create a clear action plan to help you find the time and energy, create the habit changes, new routines, and develop the skills you need to heal your nervous system, and prevent burnout from coming back.
